There is no point sulking, I'll end up missing the best days of my health.

Our next challenge:

The RideForMnd High 5

On 11th August (weather permitting!) we are planning to tackle our biggest challenge yet. The Scotland High 5. This can be described as the hardest cycle ride in the United Kingdom, tackling 5 of Scotland’s highest roads in one continuous ride, over the course of 260 miles.

Yes it’s as mad as it sounds!

The Scotland High 5 route

We are attempting this challenge to raise vital funds and awareness in the fight against Motor Neuron Disease. A condition that Davy has now been fighting for 4 years.

Motor Neuron Disease is a cruel and incurable disease. It has been a busy two years since our North Coast 500 cycle. Davy has welcomed baby Alek into the world and other members of the team have also become fathers. Davy’s health continues to deteriorate. This challenge is almost unthinkable for a completely fit person, and will be even more demanding for Davy as his body suffers with the effects of MND. Davy’s mentality is to seize the day, live for the moment and fight with every fibre of his being against this bastard disease.

We don’t need your sympathy, we need your money! Every pedal pushed, every penny raised will help Davy and others fight their battles and rid the world of this condition.

Let’s banish MND to the annuls of history.

Please share, support and donate. Light the beacons of hope and burn them bright,  for there is no other choice.

We ride for MND. Let’s roll.

Follow our journey.
